Responsibilities:

Technical Qualifications or Specialized Certification
Awareness of sales developments in the IT/Computer Industry
Knowledge of sales/channels/distribution principles and methods for partnering/ selling products or services. This includes sales strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Successful achievement of quotas, consultative enterprise/solution or technical sales.
Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners.
Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with channels and other decision-makers.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
Account Management/Maintenance /Retention of Accounts
Development of New Accounts/Channels/Ressellers
Quota attainment.
Pipeline quarter over quarter growth
Training and support of partners
Flexibility and resiliency; Self-supporting
Ability to hit the ground running with a short training period
Influencer, credible and well organized
Team Player

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
10 Full-Time positions available.

Salary shall be commensurated to the candidate's qualifications and work experience
