Customer Service Representative – Chinese Speaking
JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, handles inbound/outbound phone calls and responds to customer needs and inquiries regarding company services with strict compliance to standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Considered as company’s main asset as it is the primary contact of customers;Responds to the inquiries and needs of customers by carrying out Company services with quality; andContributes to marketing and development upon disseminating service updates and information to the customers.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

Communication Provides customer service help desk for Chinese speaking nationals with high regard to customer relationship management system;Patiently listens especially to irate customers, but knows exactly when to be assertive;Does outbound/follow up calls to communicate with customers as part of the Aftercare service; andCoordinates information to other staff for future reference by providing necessary documentation of action taken.

Administrative Performs help desk assistance on technical trouble shooting steps;Responds to customer complaints, further provides solution and establishes good deal;Keeps customer account information correct and updated;Helps customers track their account status;Does complete and proper documentation of the call; andPrepares and submits assigned reports.
